Studio Policy

I am currently only providing virtual, online instruction. I offer 30, 45 and 60 minute sessions based on student skill and financial need. I reserve instruction to those who demonstrate a high level of focus and dedication to their craft and for the more experienced, seasoned and professional talent.

A three (3) month weekly commitment contract is required as it takes approximately that long to determine the effects of the instruction and to develop a good working relationship between student and teacher. Based upon strong communication and interpretation of the material, the student should then begin to self-correct most, if not all of their bad habits in that time frame.

A month to month contract applies after the three month agreement has been reached. Cancelation of lessons made with less than 24 hours advance notice are forfeited with no rescheduling/no exceptions. Excused absence/cancelations (those made with 24 hours or more notice) must be made up in the current month, lest it be forfeited. If for some reason the instructor is unable to accommodate the rescheduling of a student or misses a lesson, it will be rescheduled or a credit will be provided. On the other hand, lessons missed by students will NOT be rescheduled and payment for that session will be forfeited. The studio provides NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Invoices, provided 3 to 4 days prior to session are o be paid in FULL at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle . A late fee of $10.00 will be charged if not received by the 3rd day of the monthly cycle. Invoices are provided three to four days in advance of session to be paid via ZELLE to my business account. Details will be provided in your welcome letter. Please note, I teach Monday through Thursday ONLY, with Fridays reserved for possible makeup.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

1. Please be courteous of fellow students by being on time for your lesson. I may have a student directly following you and will not be able to make up for lost time.

2. I must be notified 24 hours in advance of a cancelation, otherwise it will be billed as a missed lesson and there is no make up allowed.

3. Excused absences will be rescheduled, however... NOTE: Excused absences must be made up in the current month or be forfeited.

4. After completion of the minimum three month contract, if you should decide to stop taking lessons. A full month's advance notice is required. If, for example, you decide, to discontinue lessons in June, you would be required to provide notice the first week of May. Failure to do so does not excuse financial responsible for the month of absence.

PAYMENT POLICY

1. On or about 3 days before payment is due, you will receive an e-mail invoice for the following month of service. Payment may be made by ZELLE (via your banking institution) using my email address, info@vocalprecision.com. If unable for some reason, we will discuss other options.

2. Payment is considered late after the 3rd day of invoice issuance and a fee of $10.00 will be accessed to your account at that time. A n email reminder will be sent to notify you of the delay in payment.

4. I do not provide lessons on weekends other than an occasional make ups and exceptional situations to be discussed as they arise.

5. This bears repeating; after completion of the minimum three month contractual agreement, if you should decide to stop taking lessons, a full month's notice is required. If you decide, for an example, to discontinue lessons effective in June, you would be required to provide notice to that affect the first week in May. Failure to provide notice does not excuse financial responsible for the month of absence.

Upon your review, if you wish to commence instruction, please fill out the registration form and I will contact you within 24 - 48 hours to arrange a scheduled appointment. Failure to hear from me within that time frame would indicate I am in an out of town engagement. I appreciate your patience. If you have additional questions, not covered by this policy section, please, submit your question(s) through the online email portal. Thank you very much for your interest. I look forward to serving you with excellence.
